Full of Eyes, unlike Charles, I was able to view your sample document, and was also able to see the pictures. I'm assuming some of the pages were deliberately made blank; if not, check your page breaks.

I was also able to convert to PDF. I'm using Word 365, and I used the File/Export method of creating the PDF, and as I usually do for work stuff, ticked the "Optimize for image quality" in the options.

I'm not sure why this isn't working for you, but it could be that Acrobat isn't loading the pictures promptly for you, while they are there.

Can you see them in the attached PDF? Note, I had to remove past page 17 so it was a small enough file to upload.
