INCLUDEPICTURE for external URLs has stopped working in new Windows word versions (pixel tracking)

Really? It opened instantly? Really strange. What was the zoom? In high zoom it renders but in 100% it's not.

When I open it in safe mode, I see nothing. Literally.
My version is: My word version - Image on Pasteboard

BTW - I've read the guide as I mentioned, nothing was helpful for URLs in INCLUDEPICTURE. Not that I saw.
