I have Word 2010. When I open a new blank document and try to paste some text into it (copied from an email), I get an error message "Microsoft Word has stopped working", and then I have to close Word. I tried rebooting the computer but it doesn't solve the problem.



I have the original DVD with MS Office 2010. Can I just replace Word? Can I install it over the existing version, or do I have to uninstall it first?
