I do a lot of custom labels. Under Word 2003, I downloaded templates, put them in the template directory, could easily summon them as needed, clearly saw the printable areas for each, and could insert graphics.
Under Word365, I'm at a loss. I still have my old (.dot) label templates, but where do I put them and what else do I have to do to have Word365 find and use them? Yeah, I know i can use Envelopes & Labels, but the first label I tried (Avery 5444) is not on the list there, and last I looked, E&L doesn't let me insert graphics. I've been using Office for decades now, and it seems every time I make it do something the way I want, Microsoft has an update that makes it impossible. |

It is essentially the same process. Yes, Avery 5444 is there.
