Hi, I have been using word for about 3 years to print labels via mail merge. Yesterday I did another batch 3 wide and 7 down on A4, and the first line of the top of the addresses were just in the label. Each line below the top of the addresses started to move up vertically until on the bottom line of addresses (line 7) half the address was in the label above and half in the label it should have been in. The box of labels is the same one used for 3 years and I have checked all the label sizes including vertical and horizontal spacing. Can anyone help me with this problem please.
