Hello, I'm using Microsoft 365 and yesterday the Replace dialogue box stopped loading with Word when I pressed Ctrl-H or selected "Replace" from the Home tab. (The Find function still worked.)

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling 365 but nothing has helped. I even downloaded and uninstalled 365 using the "Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant" but when I reinstalled 365 Ctrl-H still didn't work with Word. (But it works with Excel and Powerpoint.)



When I press Ctrl-H, just about everything on the ribbon either goes blank or greys out until I press Esc.

Any suggestions of how to repair this?
