Thank you for your continued assistance.
I should have added that Word is only doing this font issue on a new computer at work. The previous computer at work had the same Word without this font issue. My home computer has the same Word and also displays the fonts just fine. My IT guy at work is stumped, thus I'm reaching out here. I navigated to the Font Substitution button under "Show document content," and it displayed the dialog box shown here in a screen-shot. |
