Question help to convert swf to avi for displaying in ppt?

does ppt only support avi or wmv? how you guys insert .swf file to ppt for displaying? please help, thx in advance!

it seems that ppt also supports movie file like mpeg. but i've only tried insert avi to ppt.
if you have full adobe flash and the flash source file you can use export swf to avi, but if not, you can use swf to avi converter which can convert unsource file.
after conversion you can insert as : Choose Insert | Movies & Sounds | Movie from File… and choose the converted video file.
