A slower alternative is to set up two styles, perhaps :label and :info – :label is bulleted, :info is indented to match the bullet settings, and the two are linked with the 'Style for following paragraph' option.
Then you'll be able to adjust the formatting as required, generate a ToC with just the bullet points, set :label to hidden and use the list like flash cards … all sorts of fun :-}
