Shift+Enter gives you a line break. |

Thanks but when you are using bullet points and you use Shift + Enter, an automatic bullet does not appear. Is there any way around this?

There is no way around this. Except if you create manual (non-automatic, pure text) lists.

If you just want to reduce the spacing between bulleted items, you will have to decrease the values for Line Spacing and Spacing Before/After (Paragraph dialog box).
If you have set up a bulleted style, you can easily change these settings in the style itself (via the Modify Style dialog box).

Thank You. It worked. That's what I wanted.
I wanted to start my bullet point text (the text that follows the bullet icon) to start on new line. Shift+Enter is what it gives. |
