Default Correcting spacing in template

Hello Everyone,

I have been asked to design a new wording sequence for a previously used template.

The spacing is apparently set for "0"pt but it is in reality set at "12"pt.

I have tried everything to change this but it will not change.

Is there a way to change this, apart from starting from scratch, which will not be possible as there are borders set which I cannot copy!

Thank you,

Colin
