Hello Charles,

Thank you for your interest and reply.
There are actually 2 main problems.

The original template shows descending groups of names.
The top group has two columns. The second has three ad he last has two.
The second one is the problem, for whatever reason it will not allow replacement names to be entered. For example - say the name is John Richard Bloggs. I manage to enter John and Richard but as soon as I get to the 'o' of Bloggs, the rest of the word is placed below the first two already entered.

The second problem is that of a numbered agenda. The space between lines, when highlighted and checked, is shown to be 0 pt. but it is really 12 pt. I am not able to create a list in a new agenda and have the next line immediately below the first, as in a normal paragraph. All appear as if they are the start of a new paragraph, to much space is given.

I have saved the link and will study it in more detail, there is a lot of info there for my aged brain to 'take in'!
