Default Printing Bug in MS Word 2010

I replaced my old PC, because MS Word 2010 kept failing to print documents, coming up with error message:
"Now printing body".... then
"There is insufficient memory or disk space. Word cannot display the requested font."

A while ago, at this forum I was given a few suggestions such as delete normal.dot. None worked and I was eventually told I had done something wrong to my old PC, so I bought a new PC with 8GB RAM (surely enough), 1 TB disk space (4 times more than old PC), 64-bit (vs old 32-bit). But after a couple of days, I got the above errors again. Very frustrating and expensive!
I get no errors print xls, pdf, txt only word docs.
It is a brand new PC, and all I did was copy over docs & files, install MS Office 2010, and Trend Micro.

Any suggestions welcome.
