I've done a bit of a search about your issue. One possibility is that you may need to update the printer's firmware, not just the driver. See:
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...0-6e1c50a3c463 There's also a mention of a Print&Scan utility at: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/stor...n/9wzdncrfj9xh Although it seems to be for Win 8, it may also work on Win 10.
