OK, your original 08-1b attachment looks fine. If characters are being lost when that is printed, per your original 08-1c attachment, that suggests a font issue. I have seen cases where the Save As PDF process loses characters with glyphs (e.g. some Greek characters), but that doesn't apply here since all characters are present in the PDF. The only other 'Save As' error possibility I can think of is that the character positioning data are processed in a way that looks fine on screen but not in print. That might ordinarily point to a printer driver issue, but that's less likely to be the case when the same result occurs on different printers. But, if it was a 'Save As' error, opening the file on a different computer and printing from there would be expected to exhibit the same behaviour. Since that's not the case, the only likely culprit is the font file on the problem computer.
