Please disregard the above complaint. I was able to discover that by going through and turning off the Track Changes, then making the corrections, then turning it back on and hitting accept, the changes are being corrected. So long as I do not have to do this every time I open this document, I should be OK.

I noted in my reply above that your documents contain "unresolved" tracked changes. Often, this means that numbers (and also cross-references) will display incorrectly.
