Hello



I have a word document in A3 Size (Text and Images). I need to shrink it down to A4 but each time i do i have to re-arrange all content to fit. Is there a simple way of Shrinking A3 document to A4 without having to re-format?

If the purpose is just to enable printing on A4, you could use the 'scale to paper size' print setting; otherwise, you'd could use a macro to do the rescaling but even that wouldn't be precise, since there's a lot (e.g. font sizes, border thicknesses, paragraph before/after spacing, etc.) that won't scale to exactly 70.71% of the original size.
