Hello everyone!
![]() I was wondering if there is a way in word to create a questionnaire with a un-checked box and as soon as you check that box (or click it) words will appear, on a field on the right. For example, 1. Patient is diabetic [] once the check box [] is clicked, words (that will be pre-done) will appear on the right. Any help would be great! ![]() |
