Windows 7 64bit MSWord to PDF - Hyperlinks to Bookmarks not working

Can you attach a copy of the document and the corresponding PDF to a post (delete anything sensitive)? You do this via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab at the bottom of this screen.
