On the left in the Navigation pane you can see the table of contents. Notes1 is visible, Notes2 is not. Both are styled as Heading 1 (orange) but because Notes2 is in the endnotes section itself, it doesn't appear in the table of contents. Why don't the endnotes appear directly after the continous section break?\ edit: trying your demo now. Last edited by AwesomeFresh; 07-06-2015 at 08:24 PM.
