Let me try and articulate the problem more clearly. Thank you for your patience. I've spent many hours setting up this document and I don't want to have to redo it.
In attached photo 1 is the correct behavior that finally appeared. I've highlighted a mark that's part of the previous section. (What is this mark? What's it called and why is it all over my document? I don't see it at all in yours, even when I turn on hidden marks). If I delete the mark, the problem behavior in photo 2 reappears. Photo 2 was what I've been dealing with this whole time: the heading is in the body text, but the notes don't appear until the next page after. I've attached the whole document--don't want to leave it up forever because it has my original writing. But see if you can identify what is going wrong on page 81 to prevent endnotes from appearing in the Notes section. <attachments and photos removed> Last edited by AwesomeFresh; 07-06-2015 at 08:25 PM. |
