I'm not sure I understand...I want the heading on the same page as the endnotes themselves. I don't see how your proposal gets them both on the same page.
I'm currently using 'supress endnotes' to get the endnotes down to roughly where I want them in the document, but there seems to be no way to get the heading on the same page as the end notes, while retaining the heading's role in the table of contents. |
