Hi. When I save (any) new Word 2013 file and reopen it, the file opens with a 19" right margin. Does anyone have an idea as to how I can prevent.
Thanks, Randy |

It sounds as though your Normal.dotm has somehow acquired this feature, so that it appears in every document based on it. I would open the template and see if you find the margin setting there. Alternately, open Word, open the page set-up dialogue, correct the margins, and then select "Save as Default" at bottom. Save the document; you should then get a prompt asking about saving the change to Normal.dotm; select yes.

This could be a damaged document or template, or it could be something as simple as a display issue. Can you post a screen shot that illustrates what you see? Perhaps you could even post an example document as an attachment (if you don't see an option to upload attachments, first click the Go Advanced button at the bottom of the forum window).
