Could you attach a copy of the document for us to work with - it'll be easier for us to understand that way!

One thing to look at for the meantime is the page size - is it possible that on one computer you have the default paper size set to A4, and on another it's Letter? If you have used the full space between margins, then this would caus it to go all wierd on a computer with different default settings!

Thanks for looking into this. I have tried your idea with the page sizes and both settings in word are exactly the same. I have also sent this to a few other people in the school and they have come back with different responses as in its ok and it has the problem. So I have attached the file for you to look at and I hope you can solve this. Will this file go live? Mind you I do want to put this on a website so I suppose thats ok. Another thing to mention is that its is only pages 3 and 4 where the fields seem to move about, pages 1 and 2 are always ok. Good luck
