Windows 7 64bit Imported styles have different settings than the source document, why?

Unfortunitly, clicking the copy button three times did not work. The first style indentation was correct (level 1) but the others were all wrong. This is such a waste of time to have to fix each one. there must be a solution to this problem (Word 2010).
