Hello, and Help!
I have a doc that was revised by several people using track changes and comments. Now that it's final, I have used Accept All Changes, Delete All Comments, turned off Track Changes, and changed it to Final. Saved the doc. When I re-open it, however, all the comment bubbles are still showing. I have tried everything: repeatedly have made the above adjustments, saving as a new document, etc. The comments will not die!! ![]() How do I get rid of them? I can't send out the document like this. Thanks, Cindi |
