MS Word opens doc in one pc but not laptop
like some people I used the Dropbox app. I can open a document in MS Word on my PC, but I cant open the same on my laptop using the same exact version of MS Word. the convert file window opens on my laptop(why?) and I have tested all formats but none work. this never occurs on my PC anyone offer a solution?

Have you tried repairing the Office installation on the laptop (via Programs & Features > Microsoft Office > Change in the Windows Control Panel)?
