Word Template Urgent Help

Hello,

I work for a design firm and we have a client that requires a template design we created to be turned into a word document so they can edit it themselves.

Unfortunately, after several tries we have been unable to work out how to achieve most of it as we don't use Microsoft Word.

Does anyone know of a company or freelancer we could pay that would be able to create one for us if we provide all the relevant files?

If the template was created in Word, why not supply that to the client? If the client insists on having a Word document, instead of a Word template, create a new document from the template (e.g. by double-clicking on it) then saving the newly-created document and supply that.

Sorry, I should've been more specific.

We created the design in Illustrator and Indesign as we normally do.

The client then requested we made a Word Template of our design so he can edit it and create his own documents in the new style.

We have spent quite a long time trying to get it to work in Word but we are having no luck.

So now we are just trying to find someone/company that knows what they are doing when it comes to Word so we can supply them with a working template.

I've done pretty much all they were talking about already. I think it's because the original design was never made with Word in mind it's quite hard to get it to work.

He is asking for basically everything in our design to work in a template for him so he can (for example) make a table by clicking on the table and automatically getting one set up to look like our design.

I don't know if this is even possible, I've spent several hours going through as much as I can, font styles, full cover, different amounts of columns on different pages, headers, footers, but as I mentioned, we never use Word so my knowledge is limited.

We just don't have the time to spend on it any longer so using a freelancer or company seems like the only logical route.
