Here are instructions to set up a "paste unformatted" macro:
http://misterslimm.wordpress.com/200...rd-shortcut-2/ It is easy to set this up so CTRL-SHIFT-V (or whatever you choose) pastes unformatted and CTRL-V pastes formatted text. Then disable the paste option balloon, as I have done, and voila, all is well. (I really only use these two options for pasting, but you could create other shortcuts if you use other paste options.)
