So would I like to know that, but I think that will have to be answered by the Microsoft engineers. Its a doggone shame that to take advantage of those nifty paste option defaults, you must also suffer the paste options balloons.

If anyone has found a way to make them work with the paste options balloon disabled, please do tell!!
