I am using windows 8 and word office 2010. I have a 400 page document and can't insert the index after the bibliography. I put my cursor at the end of the document and insert the section break. Then leaving my cursor at the end of the document I choose the radio button for endnotes and select end of section. Finally, with my cursor at the same end of document spot as before I click the page layout tab and check the box for suppress endnotes and whole document. Then I put the cursor in the bibliography section because I want to put the index after the bibliography and I can't. The insert index button is greyed out and I'm stuck. Please help me with this.
