error saving word doc with bibliography

Whenever I insert a bibliography and try to save I get error "A file error has occurred".

the document saves normally when I remove the bibliography.

any thoughts?

Hi shmoib,

Have you tried repairing Word (Word Options|Resources|Diagnose)?
