there are two - click on the first one and press Ctrl-End to go to the last paragraph break in the document. The second one is right next to 'A JEWISH-ITALIAN “INTERACTIVE” COMEDY DINNER-SHOW', on the left.

Because there's nothing on the text layer after your last textbox for you to select.
