there are two - click on the first one and press Ctrl-End to go to the last paragraph break in the document. The second one is right next to 'A JEWISH-ITALIAN “INTERACTIVE” COMEDY DINNER-SHOW', on the left.

But why can't I insert a page break after them. Why isn't it possible to make them a wee bit smaller, place my cursor just after the last text box, and insert my page break there?
Because there's nothing on the text layer after your last textbox for you to select.

Brilliant. I was able to successfully insert my page using your instructions. However, my second page had the same page border as the first, so I didn't get a blank page after all. Thus, on to the next question please: How do I get rid of the border on the second page?

But I have learned my lesson for the future, in so far as I now know not to use text boxes in such a cavalier manner, since they have other implications on formatting the document.

Hoping to hear from you on the last problem of the second page border so we can get on with the wedding.
