The problem with your document is that almost all of the content is in a series of textboxes. The only paragraphs that aren't are the two empty ones immediately below the 'CARLUCCI-COHEN “COMEDY” WEDDING' textbox. It's at the second of these that you'd need to insert a manual page break (Ctrl-Enter) to start your second page. If you do this at the first paragraph, all the textboxes lower down on the page move to the second page as well, because they're anchored to that paragraph.
