hello new here and have a question

Hello need some help with word
have made a template with a list down the left hand side underlined all along as follows
cant do it here but you know what i mean
now i want to add info to the line after each word but when i do so the bottom of the page which has a small diagram goes to another page


why is this as i am not adding any new lines only adding text to the existing lines

ps saved it as template but no difference
