If you want printing on both sides of the tent card, you need to put your document in landscape orientation. Your template will be a table. You change the text direction in the table cells.
That, or use Word Art which gives you graphics. Then you would want Graham's page on graphics on labels. |

Thanks for your response. I only want to print on one side of the tent, but had problems placing both graphics (scanned from the invitation) and text within the "label" format. I ended up having to do the task in 2 passes, one for the graphic and the other for the text, but they turned out exactly as the bride wanted them!
