Format heading levels in automated table of contents

Default Format heading levels in automated table of contents


How do I format a given heading level in an automated table of contents? I'm using Word's default heading levels. I'd like to boldface the level 1 headings. I may want to do other formatting to other levels, like, say, italicize the level 3 headings.
