How to have this Heading – Table of contents style? Please, see the attached image that explains my question - Heading 1: is chapter One, chapter Tow, Chapter Three, ….. - Heading 2: is 1.1, 1.2, …….. Please, note the name of the chapter is in two lines, but in the table of content it is in the same line Thank you Regards Jamal |
