I'll leave it to anyone else who cares to read this thread to make their own judgments.

As for messages relating to Firefox, that has nothing to do with Office. Firefox is a proprietary 3rd-party application, so one cannot reasonably expect Microsoft to take any responsibility for making it work with Windows or keeping it up-to-date.
