Normal Template in Word 2010
Changes to the Normal template are deleted when I exit and restart Word. In searching the web for solutions, I see references to App Data\Roaming\Microsoft\templates but I can't find that using Windows explorer. This seems to be a universal problem with this version of Word. Can anyone help?
