Hi Hundleton1,

Have you tried:
• tried repairing the Office installation (via Programs & Features > Microsoft Office > Change in the Windows Control Panel)?
• reinstalling the printer driver?

Does the page look correct in Print Preview? How about if you save the file as a PDF - does the PDF look and print right?
