Hello,
I have a user that wants to print four pages to a sheet from Word 2010. The problem is that when they print previews the document it only shows one page to a sheet, the document prints correctly with four pages printed per sheet but the user wants the print preview to show four pages on a sheet before they print.

I go to the File menu then select Print and select Pages Per Sheet to four and have also looked through all the options I can find regards page setup etc but have not been able to fix this.



Can anyone please suggest how I could resolve this?
