Hello,
I have a user that wants to print four pages to a sheet from Word 2010. The problem is that when they print previews the document it only shows one page to a sheet, the document prints correctly with four pages printed per sheet but the user wants the print preview to show four pages on a sheet before they print. I go to the File menu then select Print and select Pages Per Sheet to four and have also looked through all the options I can find regards page setup etc but have not been able to fix this. Can anyone please suggest how I could resolve this? Thanks Simon Hopkins |

Perhaps you could pacify them by showing them the Zoom level commands and selecting four-up from the dialog: click on the percentage bottom right, select Many pages, click on the Many pages icon and draw to select 2x2 …

Thanks for the reply. The user is already using this as a work around which has brought me some time but they are still looking for the print preview work as they expect.
If this behaviour is by design then I can feed that back to them but I have not been able to confirm either way. Thanks Simon Hopkins |
