Ok bassicaly, I want to create help sheet for my worker for differents jobs. I was thinking about using Word but don't hesitate to suggest other programs.

First, the worker got about 100 different job and I want to create help sheet for each of them.



The Sheet will be printed on both side. The back side of those sheet will have warning and special instruction that must be identical in all 100 sheet.

The front side will have graphic that describe the tools and the spects of that work. I was thinking about using SmartArt for that job.

All the 100 job are separated in 5 group so I was thinking about creating 5 different files.

A lot of field will have to be identical in all the sheet and need to be changed often. So I need to create a field that when I change an instruction, it change in all the sheet of the group. Also, I'm wondering how I can create a file that print something specific in the back of all the sheet of a group. And of course, those instruction change often too.
