Standard header

Hi all,



For my company i need to make a standard header. Below a screenshot of how it is now.

We use these headers in various documents.



What we want is for example below document number a link or a popup to our own intranet site where it is described how to name your document accordingly.

What would be the best way to do this ?
I prefer a pop-up where a small explanation goes and perhaps an example. If this is not clear then they can click on a link in the pop-up.
