trying to open a word 2010 document and opens the file conversion window
Trying to open a particular word document in word 2010, I get the following problem: the document opens and displays the 'file conversion window'. even though I select other coding it will not display the document.
This is using a Win 7 pro machine with Office 2010. See attached
