Hello all,
I'm trying to print a very large document in chapters. Since it is manual dual-sided printing, it's very important that the page numbers line up. Due to the presence of a lot of section breaks, numbering changes from time-to-time and it's necessary to use p1s1 - p47s4 style for printing. Word implies that this is simple AND convenient, but I've found neither! To keep EndNote (bibliographies) in check, there are many sections but what I can't seem to find is a function in word that TELLS me.... if my cursor is on xxx page, this is CALLED PxxxSyyy! Does this exist?? If I try to manually count ALL of the section breaks, nothing (productive) will get done today! Thanks for any thoughts! Bryan |

Right-click the status bar and select Formatted Page Number as well as Section on the context menu. This will give you the information you need to correctly specify the page number and the section number when printing a range of pages.
