There was a bug in the December update that caused this type of problem. The simplest solution is to locate the Windows User Temp file (Type %temp% in the Windows Explorer address bar) then with ALL office programs closed. Delete all the files in the folder that are not in use. Windows will replace any it needs next time the applications are run.

Guessed and Gmayor: Thanks to both of you for your replies! It's really appreciated!!

Guessed :here are the answers to yours questions:
Question #1: Yes the macros reside in the document so it's not a problem of uninstalled template.
Question #2: Yes the macros security on the machine with the problem enable all macros to run on the computer... So it should be running without any problems...
Question # 3: Yes the user can go to the options "Show/hide" hidden text but the macros need to work because I also have a print button to print specific sections and I also have a button for calculation field. Temporarily, we used this option but I need to fix the problem...

Gmayor: I have asked the user with the problem to delete "%Temp%" files and I'm waiting his feedback... hopefully it will work... I'm crossing my fingers... I will let you know as soon as he comes backs to me...

Thanks again to both of you for your kind help,

Bouclesdor
