Hi,
I would like to do the following 1- Initiate categories in Microsoft ( like the color categories in Outlook ) 2- Then highlight any sentience ( or step , phrase ) and assign it to one category or more. 3- Search ( or filter ) the sentences according to the categories. ( appear the sentences which are assigned to the Red, Greed Categorizes ) How can I do it in Microsoft ( without using Style ) Best Regards. Ammar |
